Baked Mince

BAKED MINCE - the way the scots make it.

  1. 3/4lb mince + salt and pepper
  2. 1 apple
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  5. 1 cup of milk

Method

  • Peel and chop onion and apple
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Put in a greased pie dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.

Including an apple in the recipe make the mince a lot easier to digest.
