Frank Haslam Milan(First Phase now completed) - second phase starts January 2006
The development of the 40 bed Extra Care accomodation will initially be for elderly residents from High Hall Residential Home and Sycamore Close Sheltered Housing.
FrankHaslamMilan The key aim of this development is to improve the quality of life, and offer more choice and independence to the residents who will be living at Sycamore Hall. The scheme also includes communal facilities and a day centre with assisted bathing facilities. The development will take place in two phases. In the first phase the bungalows and flats to the right of the site will be demolished and 16 flats and all utilities will be completed by the end of 2005. The present residents will then move across to the new flats early in the new year.
In the second phase the remaining buildings will be removed and 24 more flats will be built.
